Tim Pomaville, Principal
Tim Pomaville has been a fixture in Chicagoland real estate for almost 20 years, most recently as the President of Ambrosia Homes, a luxury home builder based on the northwest side of Chicago. Since founding Ambrosia with partners and investors over 10 years ago, Tim has built, owned and sold over 80 custom homes in excess of $30 Million and has developed close to $15 Million worth of multifamily projects in the immediate area. Originally from Minnesota, Tim has lived all over the City of Chicago since the late 1990s, and currently lives in the Edgebrook neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and four small children. Tim is a CPA, a licensed Real Estate Broker, has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has a BSB from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
